Danger

This update adds danger Xs on moves that could hurt you. A much needed  UI element for novices and experts alike. The input also detects if you're holding down a key and running into damage. It will stop you and show you the danger UI immediately instead of after a pause.

This is obviously a very complex thing, as different weapons telegraph different threats. Feel free to report any issues with this system, it's there to help you make the optimal play.
