Phoenix

This update adds the phoenix block. On suffering fatal damage to a ship's core, the most recently added phoenix block will become the new core. It's currently in the upgrade tree for enemies at the very end, I may relegate it to boss-type enemies in future - it allows one to make very large ships.

Lots of bugs fixed. Lots of tweaks regarding AI and gameplay logic.
