Ship-Fac

This update adds the new ram-ship-factory-block. It will pump out ram-ships for you that will seek out your enemies. I've spawned one next to your starting position to try out. I've rated them top tier, just below the laser beam. Against early ships they're extremely effective at chasing away the enemy - given that they last much longer than bullets. But perhaps they're weak against some of the later weapons like torpedo launchers. I've made the ship-fac a charged-block like the healer to nerf it a bit for now. I considered having it eat into your fuel as well, but that's not very clear to the player and doesn't affect the enemy.

Try it out and and share your thoughts. I've obviously got a lot of balancing to do, but I've still more ideas for blocks and phenomena.
