Drills & Rams

This update adds the new drill block. A laser sword that cuts through anything in your path. It taps the tile next to it and the end of its turn, as well as setting a damage trigger for anything that steps into it. I've spawned one next to the station for you to try out.

Also new are small ram-ships. These have weak AI, offering new players easy target practice - but they are also fearless and can take you by surprise. I'm considering adding a block that will launch some of your own.

Lots of bug fixes. Mostly to do with AI and calling code on things that have already exploded.

Initial fuel is doubled. Energy from fuel is also increased as well as spawns for fuel asteroids being increased. Let me know if it's too much or too little.
