Blob [Alpha 8]

This update adds the Blob, an element that when it moves attempts to move as a complete unit. Essentially the first part of the blob will recruit all of its neighbours and move them in the same direction it moves. This means it can break apart and reform. When it attacks and kills an enemy it grows into the space left behind.
Some graphics have been updated. This includes a special state for the Door when it gains the Wall passive. This state effectively makes the Door useless because it's immune to Bomb and attacks, but the Door can be pushed into a Wall-Powerup so that needed to be described. It could be pushed again into a blank Powerup to clear the Wall passive however.
