Empath [35.1] & Mac

This update has a couple of fixes and the Mac build.

• Portals now display a tooltip when inspected.
• The title screen now remembers the last selected button for the duration the app is running.

If you've already downloaded v35, there's nothing urgent in this update.

My focus now shifts towards getting v35 up on Steam.
