This is another balance update.

A lot of new chunks have been added to ease new players into the game. A number of chunks have also been adjusted to give you more room to move. The later levels are still quite hard, but there are more chunks to come.

Other additions include a visual change to the lava altar, and reduced enemy hit boxes - these used to extend a pixel around the monster's physical box, but this also let crawler mobs hit you through corners (and likely other edge cases).
