A quick hot-fix to address some bugs with the new chunk selection, as well as some other adjustments.
After some recent testing it appears the game can get "Cup Head Hard" rather easily. This is nice but the intent is to ramp into this (mostly so Hardcore doesn't become a complete dice roll). So further adjustments to the early game will follow.
