Whoops Dice

Erm. Forgot I'd left the new dice coins in the game. And they started off maxed out - a bit harsh.

So they should come in at 1 and increase with each new dead coin. See how that feels. I want to change the gfx so it aligns with the cages you can push. Originally the dice were like walls, so you could get trapped and the lack of movement was never very fun. Pushing makes more sense for now. Might even randomise the value they come in at.
