Cash-In

The Cash-In button has arrived. When you run out of Help, you will be offered the option to destroy all coins on the board for score. This should give everyone the opportunity to end the game on their own terms.

There's also been some tweaks to graphics and I've moved some Updates to FixedUpdates - will have to review this and get the input listeners decoupled from the main game code.
