Fanfares

Did a pass updating the sounds so there's a bit more fanfare when you match, and more punch when things break.

Fixed dice blocks not rolling their value until the 3rd turn (slight error in my math). Removed caged skulls from the tour - I think cages offer too much utility to what is primarily a threat.
