Transitions

Just doing the base-work for the transition and game over screen. I've also tweaked some graphics and altered some of the rewards. Poker hands now give out bigger rewards, making the 50 you get from a Flush worth the effort. Dice now give out 6, I felt they became such a challenge later on that there needed to be some kind of compensation. Still haven't addressed the best way to tackle game over for pro players, I'm considering the options.

Apologies if your high-score has been cleared - this because I'm alternating between two build-names when I upload an update. It means you'll see it pop in and out again as I update. But it also means that if itch.io start playing around with their servers again (trashing the build I upload), you folks can still play the old build whilst I wait for them to sort it out.
